Corn White

Corn (or maize) is a cereal plant that can be cooked, roasted, fried, grounded or crushed to prepare various types of food as well as snacks. White corns are farmed and supplied from farms in various parts of Nigeria. Corn is a good source of antioxidant carotenoids, such as lutein and zeaxanthin. It is also a rich source of many vitamins and minerals.
